How long does it stay damp ?   - 95% of the moisture is instantly removed, the backing and padding do not get wet whatsoever, it typically takes 8 to 12 hours to dry but is okay to walk on with clean shoes immediately.

Do you move the furniture ?  Yes- we will move anything within reason, as long as you have the breakables removed. 

Do you guarantee your work ? Of course, for 30 days, if a spot comes back or even if something "just doesn't look right" we will take care of it- no questions asked.
